@yannseznec For this I am using my DC motor controller board for the Pico. I programmed it as a simple USB midi interface so I can control it from my computer using any software. It's simple but works very well. I am making a new hardware revision to improve and optimize some things, but it's this here:

@madskjeldgaard this looks super useful. do you sell your boards at all? this one and the Teensy one you've posted before look great. Looks like I could probably grab your KiCAD project and order them myself but I'd also happily buy them off you at some point.
