Next month we are preparing a new release at - a netlabel day compilation called 'Access Frame: Equity'. We were quite successful with contacting local soundmakers and it's a 20-tracker of various electronic genres. Today I finished my contribution. It's made with various tools: and portable analogue cassette players.

It feels good!

well, that's the whole night's work. but it's done and I'm happy about it.

also sharing the state of the timeline when the video was finished but with many working clips and areas, before cleaned for presentation here. :)

sorry, can't share the actual video. but it has a funky track (a remix of Four Tet) and fast montage and colorized effect with a hint of vignette

(designing a little low run zine/booklet for the sound installation in 10 days!)

I'm playing around with programatically taking snippets from random tracks and experimenting, trying to create different clusters in time.

What you here are two clusters - one is composed with shorter snippets, the other with slightly longer ones. Some of the snippets are the same every time, some of them are not. I'm testing the edge of perception of differences and time.

Some added dark granulation in the background for added value.

Very tired.
But I finished the design of the 28-page USB-booklet for the forthcoming release on Kamizdat. There's more to do till morning.

I'm a computer musician making:

⇒ various forms of electro-funk and bass

⇒ ambiental drone, noise and sonic experiments

⇒ expanded cinema & projects

I also:
⇒ do
⇒ run a small local "Kamizdat" w/ boutique physical releases
⇒ use &
